GUNNISON, Colo. – Mountaineer Athletic Association members are invited to hear updates from the Western State coaches and get ready for the 2010 home season during the fall social Sept. 8 at the Crested Butte Brewing Company on the west side of Gunnison. The social begins at 5:30 p.m.
MAA members will get the latest updates from the in-season fall coaches as football enjoys its bye week and volleyball gets ready to open the home schedule that Friday. Cross country will be opening its season that weekend at Colorado State.
Winter and spring coaches will also give previews of their seasons and administrators will provide additional information for upcoming special events.
