A free All-American Wrestling Camp will be held at Brush High School on Wednesday, July 14, for students ages 5 to 18 and those in grades kindergarten through 12.

Campers will be divided into multiple age/size groups, according to camp organizers, with camp to run from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day.

Participants will register at the camp store from 9 to 10 a.m. with introduction, warm up and technique to be held from 10 to 11 a.m.

Live wrestling will take place from 11 a.m. to 12, with  pizza  to be available during the lunch hour of noon to 1 p.m. at $2 per slice. From 1 to 1:50 p.m., live wrestling will be  held  with a break scheduled for 1:50 to 2 p.m.

Wrestling will resume until 2:30 p.m.

Clinicians expected to attend include Ben Cherrington, UNC head coach and NCAA Division I National  Champion, four time NCAA National Qualifier and three time Colorado State champion; Mike McArthur, Olympic coaching staff member and 2003 Pan American coach and Minnesota All American; Angel Cejudo, brother and work out partner of Olympic Gold champion Henry Cejudo and four time undefeated Arizona champion; Dave Vondy, NCAA National Champion, four time Academic All American and Colorado Collegiate Wrestler of the Year; as well as Shane "Monster" Carwin, UFC Fighter, Ring of Fire Champion, and NCAA National Champion WSC.

All-American Wrestling Camps (AAWCamps) developed in 2004, was a creation from our previous Peak Performance Wrestling Camps developed in 2001.

In the spring of 2004, a free clinic was offered and donations were accepted to pay for the clinicians.

Coaches will include Bob Smith, six time Hall of Fame Coach, former Fort Hays State University; Doug Moses, New Mexico Highlands head  coach and national champion; Dr. Greg Waggoner, WSC Athletic director, RMACS professional speaker; Jason Ramstetter, Adam State College head coach, Cal State-Bakersfield AA; Jimmy Johnson, Colorado School of Mines free style  coach and three time All American; Miles Van Hee, Western State College head coach and 2004 NCAA Coach of the year.

According to organizers, several NCAA National Champions, All Americans along with college wrestlers and state champions will attend.

Campers attend from Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and New Mexico.
