WSC Hosts GHS in Community Schools Night

GUNNISON, Colo. - Two wrestling duals will occupy Paul Wright Gym Friday afternoon and evening when the Mountaineers host a top-10 high school dual between No. 2 Olathe High School and No. 8 Gunnison High School at 4 p.m. for "Community Schools Night". No. 13 Western State will take the mat at 7 p.m. against Chadron State in RMAC action.
Students with coupons, distributed earlier this week, enter free and an accompanying parent will enter at $3, half of the standard $6 admission. Intermission for the college dual will feature a cake-eating contest between middle school and college students sponsored by J&W Catering and 5B's BBQ.
Friday's Mountaineer dual will close out a four-dual homestand before Western State returns home again Feb. 10-11 to close out the home season.
