Suttorp Earns Second Team All-Colorado

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Western State junior wide receiver Shaun Suttorp earned National Football Foundation All-Colorado honors announced by the NFF late last night. Suttorp was one of two wide receivers on the second team with Northern Colorado receiver Alex Thompson.
Suttorp finished the season ranked third in the RMAC in receptions per game and receiving yards per game. He was among the top 50 Division II receivers in both categories and was one of four conference receivers with four 100-yard receiving games during the season.
Suttorp finished with 68 receptions and seven touchdown receptions, good for third and seventh in program records, respectively. He was a second- team All-RMAC selection this season.
Suttorp heads into his senior season ranked second in career receptions with 147 and needs 35 to break the record. He is sixth in career receiving yards with 1,812.
